Description

The Warming Tunnel is designed to gradually increase the temperature of cold filled bottles before further processing. Bottles from the filling machine are transferred into the warming tunnel where they pass through one or multiple controlled temperature zones depending on plant capacity. Steam is injected into the water storage tank to increase the temperature of the water. The heated water is then sprayed over the bottles through a stainless steel spray system to warm them uniformly. The spray system is designed using stainless steel perforated sheets to ensure full coverage across the width and length of the tunnel. To remove excess water from the bottles, an air knife is installed at the outfeed of the machine which blows away the remaining water. The machine is equipped with MCC plastic chain conveyor with matching sprockets, and the entire main body is constructed from high quality stainless steel for durability and hygiene.
