Description

The Pressure Sensitive Labeling Machine is designed for efficient labeling of bottles using self-adhesive labels. Bottles are delivered via conveyor from the filling machine or loaded manually onto the conveyor system. The bottles are guided to the labeling station using a star wheel or feed worm, especially for high-speed operations. Once the bottle is detected, the system releases the label which rolls onto the bottle surface to wrap it accurately. If no bottle is detected, the label will not be released, ensuring no label wastage. The system operates with an electronic sensing mechanism that keeps the labeling process continuously synchronized with the conveyor movement. After labeling, the bottles are discharged on the same conveyor for further transfer to the packaging line.
