Description

The Wrap Around Hotmelt Labeling Machine is a high-speed labeling system designed for round bottles. It works efficiently with R.F.C machines and conveyors to ensure smooth bottle flow throughout the labeling process. A stainless steel star wheel or feed worm transfers the bottles precisely in front of the label application drum. The label is delivered using a sensor-controlled system with fast electronic print mark registration that ensures accurate label positioning. After label application, the bottle rolls over the label to secure it firmly before being discharged onto the outfeed conveyor. The machine is equipped with advanced synchronization systems that provide high-speed and precise labeling operations. For high-speed applications, the machine can be integrated with Nordson (USA) hotmelt systems, while for lower capacity applications an in-house hotmelt unit is available
