The Beverage Processor is designed for large capacity beverage production plants. The system mixes water and ready syrup in the required proportion and performs pre-carbonation before final carbonation of the beverage. The processed beverage is then supplied directly to the filling line. Water and syrup are pumped into the mixing tank where mixing takes place using a stirrer or a circulating pump. Once the required mixing level is reached, the transfer pump delivers the beverage to the pre-carbonation tank where it is maintained under controlled COâ‚‚ pressure.
