Koike IK-12 NEXT is a versatile portable cutting and welding unit designed for straight-line gas cutting, plasma cutting and MIG/MAG welding. It features an encoder-controlled DC motor, digital speed display and a wide travel-speed range of 40–2400 mm/min for controlled and consistent movement. Its patented creep mode allows quick low-speed adjustment during lead-in and lead-out operations on thick plates. The unit supports a maximum load of 50 kg and can be used with various optional torch sets, rails, plasma holders and welding accessories. A weaving unit is also available for welding applications requiring controlled torch oscillation.
