The ABICOR BINZEL BRS Torch Cleaning Station is designed for automatic cleaning and maintenance of MIG/MAG welding torches used in robotic welding cells. The system uses a suitable reamer to remove weld spatter from the gas nozzle and torch head, helping maintain proper shielding gas flow and reliable welding performance. Depending on the BRS configuration, additional functions such as anti-spatter agent injection and wire cutting can be integrated to reduce spatter adhesion and improve torch maintenance intervals.
