Megmeet DEX 2 500MP is a high-performance robotic welding power source designed for automated MIG/MAG and CO₂ welding applications. It uses full-digital IGBT control with an inverter switching frequency of up to 110 kHz for precise welding parameter control and stable arc performance. The power source provides a rated output of 500 A at 39 V and supports welding programs including DC, standard pulse, quick pulse and flux-cored welding. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy applications, and offers communication interfaces for integration with different industrial robot systems. Its built-in high-voltage touch-sensing function and U-disk upgrade interface further support robotic welding operations.
