Sujay Industries’ Gherkin Sorting, Inspection And Cooling Belt Conveyor provides a practical solution for continuous gherkin quality inspection and controlled cooling. The system allows processed gherkins to move smoothly through a dedicated sorting section where operators can identify and remove unsuitable products. It provides 1000 kg/hr conveying capacity, 600 mm belt width and 5000 mm belt length, with a 500 mm sorting width. The conveyor runs at 10 m/min using a 1.5 HP motor. Its 2000 mm cooling section uses a 2 HP fan to deliver 3000 m³/hr cooling airflow. Built with food-grade SS304/SS316 stainless steel, the conveyor can be customized according to capacity, cooling requirements and plant layout.
