Sujay Industries’ Media Preparation Agitator And Mixer is designed for efficient preparation of processing media in commercial pickle and vegetable processing plants. The equipment provides controlled agitation for uniform blending of brine, preservatives, spices and other processing ingredients. It has a mixing capacity of 1000 L and working capacity of 800 L, with a 5 HP motor driving the mixing system. The agitator operates at 50 RPM and the stated mixing speed is 100 RPM. The machine includes a 40 mm agitator shaft and 500 mm impeller, installed within a tank measuring 1200 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in height. Food-grade SS304/SS316 stainless steel construction provides hygienic operation and corrosion resistance.
