Abicor Binzel Coolant is a specially formulated coolant for liquid-cooled welding torches and cutting equipment operating under high thermal loads. It supports efficient heat removal during high-current and long-duty-cycle welding, helping protect components such as the torch, contact tip, gas nozzle and cooling system. ABICOR BINZEL offers BTC coolant variants including BTC-15 and BTC-50, with different temperature and application ranges. BTC-15 provides protection down to -10°C, while BTC-50 is designed for temperatures down to -50°C and has very low conductance for corrosion protection.
