Ring Joint Gaskets (RTJ Gaskets) are precision metallic sealing rings designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They are widely used in offshore and onshore petrochemical, refinery, and oil & gas industries.

These gaskets are manufactured in accordance with API 6A and ASME B16.20 standards and are available in the following types:

• R Type (Oval & Octagonal) – Suitable for flat bottom and grooved flanges.

• RX Type – Pressure-energized and compatible with R style rings of the same number.

• BX Type – High-pressure gaskets; not interchangeable with RX.

Available Materials:
Soft Iron, Low Carbon Steel, SS 304, SS 316, SS 321, SS 410, SS 347, F5, 4/6% Cr 1/2% Mo, and other alloys.
