Description

The VFM 600-RD vibratory finishing machine is built for very large-scale mass finishing of metal and plastic components with an integrated separation system. It automatically separates parts from media using specially designed screens, customized according to component sizes and media type. The 600 litre steel bowl is fully lined with rubber or polyurethane to prevent metal contact and ensure long-lasting durability. Vibrations are generated by eccentric weights mounted on a 5 HP motor, producing a spiral movement of media and components. Adjustable vibration settings allow processing of varied component shapes and sizes efficiently, enabling automated and consistent surface finishing.
