The VFM 40-RD vibratory finishing machine is designed for precise mass finishing of metal and plastic components with an integrated separation system. This allows automatic separation of parts from media using specially designed screens, customized based on component sizes and media type. The steel bowl is fully lined with rubber or polyurethane to prevent metal contact and ensure durability. Vibrations are generated by eccentric weights mounted on a heavy duty motor, producing a spiral movement of media and components. Adjustable vibration parameters allow processing of different component shapes and sizes efficiently, enabling automated and consistent surface finishing.
