The VFM 1200-STD vibratory finishing machine is built for very large-scale industrial mass finishing of metal and plastic components, providing deburring, polishing, descaling, and surface improvement. It operates without a separation system and features a 1200 litre steel bowl fully lined with rubber or polyurethane to prevent metal contact and ensure long-lasting durability. Finishing media such as ceramic, plastic, or maize can be chosen depending on the desired surface finish. Eccentric weights mounted on an extended shaft powered by a 7.5 HP motor generate controlled vibrations, creating a spiral movement of media and components. Adjustable vibration settings allow processing of varied component sizes efficiently.
