The Apex-HD Spring Holder Bottom is a precision-machined support base engineered to provide a stable platform for the main return spring. Manufactured from High-Grade Nylon, Reinforced Polymer, or Die-Cast Aluminum, it features a recessed groove or a raised "centering boss" that keeps the spring perfectly concentric with the Piston Rod. This alignment is critical because an unseated spring can scrape against the cylinder walls or lead to "piston tilting," which rapidly destroys the Piston Packing. These holders are designed to withstand constant impact and cyclic loading, making them essential spares for the maintenance of Apex-HP 10kg to 50kg Grease Pumps.
