Description

The PACW 2G Checkweigher combines automated operation with continuous product weight measurement for industrial production lines. Its 0.5–1.99 kg weighing range and 2 gram resolution allow products within the specified weight range to be checked during production. The system provides product output of 60 to 80 parts per minute, depending on the application and operating conditions. A microcontroller-based controller manages the weighing process, while up to 20,000 data records can be stored in memory. Optional RS 232 and RS 485 communication interfaces are available for suitable production-line connectivity. The machine requires 1 Phase, 220 V, 50 Hz power and dry air at 0.4 MPa. Mild steel or stainless steel material-of-construction options are available, with an ambient temperature range of 23° to 40°C specified for mild steel construction.
