The Gherkin 8-Brush Washing Machine is engineered for continuous and reliable washing of gherkins in high-volume processing environments. Eight rotating brushes provide effective mechanical cleaning while the water washing arrangement helps remove loose dirt, soil, sand and other surface impurities. The machine offers a processing capacity of 1000 kg/hr and has a washing width of 500 mm. Each brush has a diameter of 150 mm and length of 1800 mm. The conveyor speed is 8 m/min, allowing controlled movement through the washing area. A 400 L water tank and 1000 L/hr water flow are supported by a 2 HP water pump. Manufactured with SS304/SS316 food-grade stainless steel, the equipment is suitable for hygienic processing applications.
