Dust Collector Solenoid Valve is an electrically actuated diaphragm pulse valve designed for cleaning filter elements in industrial dust-collection systems. Its springless diaphragm construction has only one primary moving component, enabling fast ON/OFF operation, efficient compressed-air usage, and a strong air pulse that dislodges dust from filter bags and cartridges. The valve has a pressure die-cast aluminium body and bonnet with a reinforced NBR, neoprene, or polyurethane diaphragm. Standard models support temperatures up to 80°C, while high-temperature variants with a Viton diaphragm and seat can handle up to 125°C. General-purpose, waterproof, and flameproof solenoid coils are available with multiple AC and DC voltage options.
