The de-aerated mass falls into the lower stage barrel, where a high-torque extrusion screw compresses the material through a heated front cone and die. Water-circulating jacketed barrels cool the upper and lower screws to prevent thermal degradation caused by friction, while the heated discharge nose ensures a smooth, glossy finish on the exiting soap log. Overall, it lowers power operational overheads while prolonging the working life of heavy processing machinery.
