Dome Valve is a heavy-duty bulk solids shut-off and flow control valve designed for demanding abrasive and high-temperature applications where conventional valves fail. The cast-iron body houses a dome closure with an inflatable seal that ensures leak-proof shut-off and compensates for wear and thermal expansion, delivering consistent seat action across a wide temperature range. Engineered for reliability, the valve is rated for up to one million cycles between inspections in approved applications and is virtually maintenance-free in normal service. Standard designs handle pressures up to 100 psig and 650°F, while custom configurations are available up to 600 psig at 650°F.
