The furnace includes a sealed quench system with bucket conveyor and supports multiple processes including hardening, tempering, austempering, normalizing, and stress relieving. For larger jobs, castlink belts handle forged products. Electrical heating ensures precise control, and quenching can be done in oil, salt, or water.
