Pit type tempering furnaces are designed for tempering steel components with precise temperature control and uniform heat distribution. Equipped with a baffle system, these furnaces provide enhanced thermal uniformity. Lid operation is available in manual or hydraulic versions based on customer preference. With a programmable process control system, the furnace can also function as a bluing furnace using a special steam-insertion system. Sizes range from 300mm dia x 600mm ht to 2000mm dia x 3000mm ht to accommodate various industrial components.
