Description
PACW 01G is a fully automatic industrial check weigher developed for real-time product weight measurement and quality monitoring. It is designed for products weighing between 30 and 200 grams and provides a resolution of 0.1 grams. The system can deliver product output of up to 120 parts per minute, allowing weight checking to take place continuously during production. Its microcontroller-based controller supports automated operation, while the memory can retain up to 20,000 data records. Optional RS 232 and RS 485 communication interfaces provide connectivity possibilities for production data systems. The machine is suitable for products with dimensions of Dia (L) 30–100 × H (W) 10–200 mm. It requires single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz power and dry air at 0.4 MPa. Mild steel and stainless steel construction options allow selection according to the working environment.
