The Agglomerator Machine is designed for efficient pre-processing of soft film-type plastics in recycling operations. Featuring a rotary working chamber mounted on a robust single rotor bed with both rotating and fixed cutting blades, it crushes plastic films into smaller pieces. The rotor is powered by a large electric motor through reinforced water-cooled bearings and heavy-duty pulleys, ensuring smooth operation. Frictional heat within the chamber densifies the plastic into irregular spherical granules. Water is added to break agglomerates into smaller lumps, which are then dried and discharged. Available in models SM 100 AGM, SM 200 AGM, and SM 200 AGA, it is ideal for industrial-scale plastic recycling.
