The Fumes Filtration System (FFS) is designed for efficient removal of dust, fumes, and hazardous emissions in industrial recycling operations. A heavy-duty centrifugal suction fan draws emissions from HMS machines and hydraulic presses through strategically placed suction hoods and ducts. The air passes through a Moisture Separation Unit with baffle plates to remove moisture, then through a four-stage HEPA Filtration Unit comprising metal, SPL granular, fine, and HEPA filters. This advanced system ensures cleaner air, reducing workplace hazards, and promoting a healthier environment. Available in models SM 02 IFS and SM 04 IFS, it is essential for industrial WARP plastic recycling plants.
