Each mold is custom-designed to client specifications and manufactured from premium die steel, then thermally hardened to extend lifespan and withstand repeated molding cycles. A unique water-channel system is integrated into every mold and connected to a cold water circulation setup to ensure uniform cooling of composite materials during molding. These dies are compatible with a variety of products including false ceilings, floor slabs, grass pavers, inter-locking dovetail pavers, I-Pavers, kerb stones, and lumber planks, enabling consistent quality and efficiency in recycled plastic manufacturing.
