Description

The Robotic Bottle Unscrambling Machine integrates high capacity hoppers, oscillating linearizers, vision systems, and servo controlled timing screws to efficiently sort and orient bottles. Bottles dumped into the hopper are gently fed, identified using advanced vision systems, tracked on conveyors, and picked by high speed delta robots. The robots rotate and place the bottles into pucks in perfect orientation for seamless downstream processing.
