Oil Pipeline Butterfly Valve is designed to control and isolate gear oil and other compatible fluids in industrial piping systems. The valve features a compact wafer-type construction that can be installed between compatible Class 150 or Table D/E flanges. Body material options include cast iron, cast steel, aluminium die-cast, SS304, SS316, polypropylene, and uPVC, while disc options include cast steel, ductile iron, SS304, and SS316. It can be supplied with nitrile, EPDM, neoprene, PTFE, Viton, or metal seating to suit different media and temperature conditions. The valve provides tight shut-off and supports temperatures from −20°C to 200°C, depending on the selected material configuration.
