What makes PPGL better than regular GI (Galvanized) sheets?
PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume) has a coating of Aluminium and Zinc, whereas GI only has Zinc. The addition of Aluminium provides much higher resistance to rust, especially in humid and coastal environments, making it last up to 4 times longer.
Will the color of the sheets fade over time?
We use sheets with high-quality paint coatings (RMP/PVDF) that are UV-stabilized. While all colors experience minor weathering over 15–20 years, our PPGL sheets are designed to maintain their vibrancy and prevent peeling for a very long period.
Does this roofing help in reducing the temperature inside?
Yes. PPGL sheets have high Thermal Reflectivity. They reflect a significant portion of solar heat compared to traditional concrete or asbestos roofs, keeping the interiors relatively cooler during peak summer.

We use premium self-drilling screws equipped with EPDM rubber washers. These washers compress against the sheet to create a 100% watertight seal, preventing moisture from entering through the fastener points.
