CCPL Elevator Belts are engineered for efficient vertical transport of materials in industrial and food processing applications. Available in grades such as IPM-24, HR, SHR, HOR, oil-resistant, and hygienic food-grade options, these belts feature minimal elongation and high durability. Automated hole punching ensures precise bucket and row spacing, clean bolt holes, and fast installation. Capable of inclines up to 80°, they can be supplied in widths from 100 mm to 1 metre and lengths up to 12 metres. Modular, plastic, and PU belts are available with or without flights, rubber inserts, and optional side skirts or infeed hoppers, making them ideal for packaging, bottling, and raw food handling.
