The Cone to Container (C2C) system is a fully automated solution for handling cones from production to container loading. It integrates cone transport, image processing, pallet formation, and pallet transport with hybrid conditioning including pre-conditioning and vacuum conditioning. The system de-palletizes cones and automatically packs them in poly bags, sacks, carton boxes, or pallets. Finished goods are stored in ASTOR vertical storage and delivered near the loading point for containers.
