FLOMAX Butterfly Valve with Pneumatic Actuator is a centric-disc, resilient-seated valve designed for automated flow control and pipeline isolation. It features a single-piece rubber-lined wafer-type body with a replaceable liner and a rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator for quick quarter-turn operation. Available in sizes from 1½ inches to 48 inches, the valve supports pressure ratings of PN6, PN10, PN16, and PN20. Different body and disc materials, including grey iron, ductile iron, WCB, CF8, CF8M, CF3M, Hastelloy, and duplex steel, are available to suit various media and operating conditions. Seat options include nitrile, EPDM, Viton, Hypalon, and neoprene. Accessories such as solenoid valves, limit or proximity switch boxes, and air-filter regulators can be provided for improved automation and position control.
