Cam and Master Controllers offered by us are ideal for controlling the motion of heavy duty EOT cranes & rolling mill dies. These operate upon power & control circuits upto 500 V A. C. 50 cycles at 40A continuous current. As master controller, the maximum frequency allowed for the operations of this product is 1000 switching per hour, and as cam controller the maximum frequency allowed, at rated current, is 720 operations per hour.

Some of the design features of this product are given below:

    Controller housing is made of heavy gauge steel sheets that are reinforced for durability

    Cam shaft is placed in the housing on moulded bushes (bearing) of synthetic material, and is affixed to front & rear walls

    Bearings do not require lubrication

    Cams are moulded using highest grade of melamine, are precisely cut to correspond to switching sequence accurately, and have long service life
