Our Vibratory Feeders are used to transfer bulk material from hoppers or storage silos, driers, mixers, grinders, crushers, mullers or screens in food processing. This also serves chemical, mining, foundry, quarrying and iron & steel industries by transferring material in large quantities.

This work on the following principle:

As the magnet coil is energized as the connection is bridged, a pulsating current is transmitted. This current commences the motion of the feeder tray, through leaf springs that are fixed to both ends of the power unit.

Construction features:

It is constructed simplly, and the main parts are the electromagnetic activating device & the tray that is connected firmly to it. These are electromagnetically driven conveying devices, which are mounted just underneath the opening of the hopper. As the feeder tray is set on vibrating mode, it produces a uniform flow of material. This product does not require any maintenance, as the magnetic vibrator does not have any bearings or points that need to be lubricated.
