Machine Operating System Our High Speed Linear Vial/Bottle Washing Machine is highly suitable for round via/bottle and is widely used in pharmaceutical industries. The automatic loading arrangement enables loading of vials/Bottle on to SS wire mesh conveyor via feed conveyor or vials are pushed manually from feed table. This reduces manpower as vials/bottle is feed into pockets in an automatic manner. The automatic unloading mechanism includes unloading vial/bottle continues on to turn table (Optional). Machine is ideal for round as well as flat shaped glass, pet, plastic bottles sizes of approx. 30 ml to 200 ml pack size with maximum speed of 240 Bottles per minute for 60/100ml and 180 per minute above 100ml size. The machine is also ideal for round vials having sizes of approx. 5 ml to 30 ml pack size with maximum speed of 240 Vials per minute.
