Item Code: AAVSL-200 We make available for our clients an array of Automatic High Speed Rotary Ampule/Vial Sticker Labeling Machine. These machines are suitable for labeling on round vials, ampules, eye/ear drop bottles and other round objects. Our machines can be supplied with on-line coding system that matches with machine speed of the containers. We also offer conveyorised tray loading and tray collection system spot wrap around system along-with these machines for accurate labeling. Moreover, we also offer star wheel with spring loaded rollers to take care of the diameter variation in case of 400 speed model. These machines are also provided with latest digital servo technology to achieve higher speed. The inbuilt automated label length detection system of these machines eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data in memory. Furthermore, these machines also help in retrieving the same every time for change of label size & re-starting the machine. These systems are thereby effective in saving cost & valuable time.
