Its functioning takes place by significantly lowering the downtime and overall line maintenance time. This APEX-D is a 3rd generation of its kind products. The featuring of this machine is based on the principle of multiple pulse and echo correlation technology using advanced matrix processors. The system offers cost effective monitoring of AC overhead transmission circuits on all the de-energized line which is up to 800 kv. This APEX-D in an auto-calibrated and portable system which is extremely useful in monitoring and analysis of critical line conditions as well as the parameters of their performances. This machine is used to detect all the kinds of faults and correcting them. The health condition of the line components data is analyzed which in turn optimizes the asset utilization and improves the system reliability and quantity of supply.


These APEX-Ds are transmission line analyzers which are extremely useful in accurately locating all kinds of open and short circuit faults and in-homogeneities on the HVDC transmission line through line signature analysis. It shows the digital display of faults of very long distances with the accuracy of ±100 m.
