These Transmission Line Analyzer minimize the downtime and overall line maintenance time. These analyzers work on the principle of multiple pulse & echo correlation technology using advanced matrix processors. These analyzers are used widely for fault location, zoom blanking and line signature analysis.

 
ACCUMAX is a transmission line analyzer used to locate open and short circuit fault and in homogeneities on the transmission line through Line Signature Analysis.

 
Its important features are:

  • Completely safe for operators even on High Induced Lines
  • Fault location: It contains direct digital display which helps in measuring up to a distance ±100m of fault in accuracy. Open circuit faults; Phase to Phase faults; Phase to Earth fault and Insulator De-capping are the circuits for which it is used
  • Fully automatic system: (doesn’t require any parameter input)
  • Zoom Blanking – Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it can easily detect faults on spur lines and other functions with its extensive range blanking ability
  • Line Signature Analysis Study (LSA) – All the prevalent inhomogeneities are revealed along the transmission line.  The user can do serial comparisons of this data to deduct deteriorating points periodically which could result in sporadic tripping, power loss, and eventual line breakdown
  • Portability & Flexibility – It contains a portable off-line system with innate batteries that are rechargeable and can be used as per need during intervals on any de-energized line emanating from a sub-station
  • Higher Return on Investment – Higher resolution enables ACCUMAX to analyze faults faster with a higher accuracy and precision, helping it reduce its downtime
