The Skaat Twin Core Machine is a versatile industrial yarn solution, combining soft and rigid core systems in a single ring frame. Soft and rigid core materials are fed precisely at the spinning triangle center, with surface fibers twisted around them to form uniform yarns. Individual feeding units control core material stretch, producing yarns at various stretch levels. Equipped with three interconnected stopmotions—roving, soft core, and rigid core—and a rigid core unwinding tension controller, the system halts all material feeds if any break or exhausts. Operating at 220–380V and 450 m/min, it ensures efficient, high-speed, and precise core yarn production.
