The High-Speed Online Strapping Machine is a practical solution for integrating automatic carton strapping into modern conveyorized packaging lines. It is designed to automatically detect incoming cartons, feed the strap and complete the strapping cycle before releasing the package back onto the conveyor. With a strapping speed of approximately 2.4 seconds per strap, it can achieve up to 25 straps per minute under specified operating conditions. The machine supports 9, 12 and 15 mm straps with adjustable tension between 0 and 70 kg. Its aluminum arch, dual sensors and roller drive provide a configuration suited to continuous industrial packaging applications.
