Length Grader – 4 Ton, 6 Ton, 8 Ton is a high-efficiency grain classification machine designed to separate broken and shorter grains from whole rice based on length by using rotating indented cylinders. As grains pass through the inclined rotating drum, full-length rice stays at the bottom and travels to a dedicated outlet while shorter/broken grains are lifted by the indents and discharged separately, thanks to gravity. Equipped with self-cleaning mechanisms, adjustable separation percentage, sampling ports to monitor output quality, and rigid fabricated construction for durability, this machine enhances milling throughput, reduces waste, and contributes to consistent high-quality rice output suitable for basmati, raw, steamed, parboiled, and similar rice varieties.
