Dual Tower Paddy Dryers are designed to reduce moisture content in harvested or processed paddy through continuous circulation of grain and controlled hot-air flow. The paddy is circulated through the drying chambers while heated air removes moisture until the required drying condition is achieved. The dual-tower arrangement provides the flexibility to process two different paddy varieties separately within the same batch. This configuration can be useful for rice mills handling paddy with different varieties, moisture levels, or processing requirements. Depending on the selected model and plant configuration, heat can be generated using a firewood heat-exchanger furnace, diesel burner, LPG burner, or steam heat exchanger. Drying performance depends on factors such as ambient temperature, relative humidity, air temperature, paddy variety, and initial and final moisture content.
