Frigmaires offers a wide range of Fully automatic FIBC filling unit with empty pallet magazine and automatic pallet discharge conveyor. These machines are designed and developed by experts by keeping in mind the international quality standards. These are fully automatic IBC filling systems and no operator is necessary. Each IBC conveys into the fill station then stops, signaling the lance to enter the container and automatically tare the load. This type of system allows several pallet loads of empty IBCs to accumulate prior to the filling station. A powered roller conveyor is on the scale and another is after the fill station for cap & label application. There are additional conveyors after to accumulate full loads.
