The GR range of palletising systems combine the very best features of high level palletisers and robot arm systems in a single unit. This particular system has been especially designed and developed for overlapped palletising of different bag dimensions. This leads up to more flexibility in determining bag dimensions in relation to the pallet dimensions. Also, bags with a small fill ratio and unstable bags can be processed smoothly. In contrast to normal robot palletising systems we also achieve through side and top pressure a very precise and secure finished pallet (capacity up to 1000 bags per hour).
