APPLICATIONS
For joining manganese steel parts, hardfacing of parts subject to heavy impact and stress. Crusher jaws and rolls, Hammer mill hammers, Shot blast Cabinets, rails, Crossings, Impact hammers, Shovel teeth and Buckets, Crusher Rolls, Breaker bars.

FEATURES
CARVER 9225 is an economical high performance austenitic product which produces sound, crack-resistance, dense deposit that work hardens rapidly. It is an excellent built up or repair material for manganese base materials. It is versatile joining, surfacing and built up material depositing Nickel Manganese.

OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Requires no external shielding to produce sound free deposits.
• Can be used with variable speed wire feeders and any conventional power sources.
• Operates over wide amperage using DC+/AC.
• All weld metal deposits retain good hardness at elevated temperatures and have
  moderate corrosion resistance.
