Depending upon the patient’s specific diagnosis and level of pain, an exercise program will be prescribed. This program will be specific to the patient’s condition and subject to re-evaluation at different stages to progress core stability training. The body's core muscles are the foundation for all other movement. The muscles of the torso stabilize the spine and provide a solid foundation for movement in the extremities. Since core strength is almost always affected in back pain, we use diverse and interesting methods to train it. Pilate, stability ball, wobble board, medicine ball, exercises and exercise ball, a versatile piece of exercise equipment available to help people with back pain. Swiss ball exercises are designed to bring movement to the spine in a controlled manner. Using an exercise ball is a great way to improve posture and body awareness, balance and, overall strength & endurance. The color-coded resistance bands help to make a complete progressive resistance exercise program. Ideal for upper and lower body conditioning, these bands provide both positive & negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion, and cooperation of muscle groups.
