Depending upon the requirements of the clients our array of Dust Collectors includes two types of designs that are top entry and hopper entry. The top entry model has proven to be the most efficient since it assists, the air flowing downward, into the hopper. This makes it suitable for fine dust. Whereas the hopper entry design is for suited for heavy dust and high dust loads, where the required air-cloth ratio is 6:1 or less. An inlet allows the air carrying dust to enter the unit but compresses its internal velocity. Using perforated baffle plate and drop out sections we have installed a higher inlet for decreasing the velocity further. This ensures that the major part of dust carried is deposited into the hopped. To prevent of excessive dust the fabric bags momentarily induce a reverse air flow generating a short powerful burst. There are purge tubes placed above the entry, connected to diaphgram valves. These valves are controlled by an electric panel. The velocity nozzle installed allowing a higher air-to-cloth ratio.
