We are engaged in offering an array of bag house Cages. Our cages are of premium quality and provide long term performance. We provide our cages in different specifications depending upon the numerous requirements of the clients. Our cages are available in two different styles that are mentioned below: Rigid Wire CagesOur array of Rigid Wire Cages is manufactured using precise engineering techniques to attain perfect spacer rings. For the purpose of attaining a continuous ring an optimum level of pressure is applied when the wire is pulled around the cutting die and coiling pin, enabling it form an open rings with close ends. In a different operation, stringer wire is cut to accurate lengths and pulled out using a straightening rack. The wires are then fed through the welding mandrill continuously, attached to the spacer rings using advanced technology and equipment. To ensure a proper alignment of cages the top part is welded to the tube. Interlock CagesFabricated using an automated tubing machine and a 12 gauge welded wire, Our Interlock Cages are formed into a tube. Each tube is then cut into different lengths, with a maximum length of 22ft. The base pans have a crimp whereas the top id welded to the tube to assure fixed alignment to hang the cage in the bog house. We have a unit that is equipped enough to produce these cages with speed and ease.
