At the heart of our treatment process is our patented bio-media called FUJINO SPIRALS, a specific volume of which is randomly packed into the Aeration Tank. By virtue of their innovative design, FUJINO SPIRALS provide the maximum surface area that is possible and this enables our biological treatment plants to deliver substantially better performance at 30% lower costs than same class plants.  The organic matter in the wastewater is thus exposed to a powerful bacterial action inside the Aeration tank and is rapidly decomposed by a combination of attached and suspended growth.
