Vela Apparels was incorporated in 2008 as a Sole Proprietorship (individual) company. The company is engaged in the manufacture and export of high quality knitted and woven garments for Baby (3-24 months), Children (2-8 yrs and 8-16 yrs for Boy & Girl), Women and Men. All our products are manufactured in strict compliance with international standards on ecology and human safety for banned & restricted chemical substances as prescribed by the REACH regulation of the European Union, CPSIA guidelines of USA and OEKOTEX standard 100 specifications.We manufacture wide range of garments viz. t-shirts, polo shirts, pullovers, cardigans, sweat shirts, hooded jackets, shorts, bermudas, leggings, pyjamas, pyjama shorts, vests, tank tops, skirts, dresses, rompers, jump suits etc in 100% cotton, cotton/polyester, cotton/elastane, viscose/elastane, 100% organic cotton, cotton/modal etc. We use variety of fabrics like single jersey, interlock, pique, french terry, fleece, rib, self design fabrics in solid color, y/d stripes, printed stripes, and all over prints. We are specialized in eco friendly prints like pigment, water base-phthalate free non-PVC inks, discharge, reactive, puff, high density, glitters, foils and many more. We are also specialized in embellishments like hot fix glitter studs, glass studs, metal studs, beads etc. We also do variety of embroideries with plain stitches, bourdon stitches, chenille stitches, appliqués etc.Mr. N. K. Moortthi is the founder and CEO of the company, who is an engineering graduate. He has vast experience of 17 plus years in the apparel manufacturing and quality control line. He started his career as an employee and gradually turned into a manufacturer and exporter.
